- Used Home Appliances: Prices are VAT-exempt (0%).
- Services (including repair, transportation, and moving services): Prices include 24% VAT.
- Accepted payment methods: Checkout/Paytrail, MobilePay, bank transfer, or cash upon pickup.
- We deliver products within Finland.
- Delivery times are typically 2–7 business days.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
- In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of used home appliances within 14 days.
- Returned products must be in the same condition as received.
- Any defects, errors, or issues must be reported promptly via email: Smartpesu@sk-spgroup.com.
- We will respond to complaints as quickly as possible and take appropriate measures to resolve the issue.
Service Protection Terms
Service Protection is an optional add-on available for washing machines and dishwashers purchased from SK-SPGroup.
The protection covers inspection and basic repair of technical faults occurring during normal household use within the selected service period.
The service includes:
- fault diagnostics
- repair work
- remote support via phone or WhatsApp
The service does not cover:
- damage caused by misuse
- external or mechanical damage
- consumable parts subject to normal wear
- blockages caused by improper use
Service Protection is valid only in Finland and applies to the original purchaser.
