Terms & Conditions

1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the SK Group / SmartPesu online store, as well as to the sale of services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Prices and Payment

• Used Home Appliances: Prices are VAT-exempt (0%).
• Services (including repair, transportation, and moving services): Prices include 24% VAT.
• Accepted payment methods: Checkout/Paytrail, MobilePay, bank transfer, or cash upon pickup.

3. Delivery

• We deliver products within Finland.
• Delivery times are typically 2–7 business days.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

4. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

• In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of used home appliances within 14 days.
• Returned products must be in the same condition as received.

5. Complaints

• Any defects, errors, or issues must be reported promptly via email: Smartpesu@sk-spgroup.com.
• We will respond to complaints as quickly as possible and take appropriate measures to resolve the issue.
